Pixelveda Studios ("we," "our," or "us") develops and publishes mobile applications and games (collectively referred to as the "Applications").

We respect your privacy. We do not directly collect, store, or manage any personal data on our own servers. However, to make our games function properly, serve ads, and process in-app purchases, we utilize industry-standard third-party services provided by Google. This Privacy Policy explains how these third-party services interact with your information when you play our Applications.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Applications, you agree to this policy.

1. We Do Not Directly Collect Your Data

When you play our games, we do not require you to create an account with us, nor do we ask for your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not own or maintain private databases to store user information.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

While we do not collect your data, the Applications integrate necessary third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and APIs to provide core features. These services automatically process certain data to function.

3. Data Processed by Third Parties

Depending on the Application, our third-party partners may automatically collect the following information strictly to provide their services:

• Device & Usage Data: Firebase may collect anonymous crash logs, device models, operating system versions, and IP addresses to help us fix technical bugs and ensure the game runs smoothly.
• Advertising IDs: AdMob may utilize your device's Advertising ID to serve ads.
• Play Games Profiles: If you choose to log in to Google Play Games, Google securely handles your Player ID to display your score on leaderboards or grant achievements. We do not download or store your profile.
• Transactions: All in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or have access to your credit card or financial information.

4. Children's Privacy (Families Policy Compliance)

Many of our Applications are designed for a general audience, including children, and may carry a 3+ age rating. We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply strictly with the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA, and GDPR.

Because we target younger audiences:

• We configure Google AdMob to serve strictly family-friendly, non-personalized advertisements to users identified as children.
• We restrict or anonymize data collection within Firebase to comply with child safety regulations.
• We do not knowingly prompt children to share any personal information.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

Because we do not maintain private servers or databases, we do not directly store your personal data or account information. Your gameplay progress, achievements, and leaderboard scores are securely stored and managed by Google via Google Play Games Services.

If you wish to delete your game data, you must do so through your device's Google settings.

How to delete your Play Games data for our Applications:

1. Open the Settings app on your Android device or Chromebook.
2. Tap Google, then select Settings for Google apps.
3. Tap Play Games.
4. Under "Your data," tap Delete Play Games account & data.
5. Scroll down to "Delete individual game data" and find our game in the list.
6. Tap the Delete button next to the game to permanently remove your saved progress, achievements, and leaderboard scores.

How to reset your Advertising ID:

To reset the identifier used by AdMob for ad frequency or to opt-out of personalized ads (though personalized ads are already disabled for our 3+ rated games), you can go to your Android device Settings > Privacy > Ads and select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

Firebase Analytics:

Any local diagnostic or analytics data tracked by Firebase is tied to a specific installation of the game. Uninstalling the game from your device will automatically stop any further data collection and clear local diagnostic cache.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if we add new features or third-party tools to our games. We will notify you of any updates by posting the revised policy on this webpage and changing the "Last Updated" date at the top.
